Anti-Aging Matcha Mask

Matcha is a high antioxidant-rich food and is believed to slow down the aging process by preventing oxidation, inhibiting mutation of DNA and helping to restore damaged DNA. Below is s recipe for an anti-aging matcha mask you can follow to help restore your skin’s youth!
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Matcha powder
- 1 tsp of your choice of oil (coconut, argan, olive etc.)
- 1 tsp aloe vera gel
Instructions
- Add Matcha powder into a small bowl.
- Add your oil of choice. Mix until you form a paste.
- Slowly start mixing aloe vera gel until you reach your desired consistency.
- Spread the mixture onto your face and neck in circular motion.
- Leave it for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove with warm and/or wet washcloth.
Soothing Matcha Mask

Ingredients
- 1 tsp Matcha powder
- 1 tsp raw honey
- 1 tsp plain yoghurt
Instructions
- Add Matcha powder into a small bowl.
- Add raw honey and yoghurt. Mix until you form a paste. Depending on your desired consistency, you may want to add more honey or matcha powder.
- Spread the mixture onto your face and neck in circular motion.
- Leave it for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove with warm and/or wet washcloth.
Matcha Mask for Problem Skin

Kaolin is a really gentle clay that can be used with any skin type, including those people with sensitivities to scrubs and cleansers. It can also gently cleanse impurities from the pores without causing redness.

- 2 tsp Kaolin clay
- Add water for consistency
- 1-2 drops of manuka essential oil (optional)

- Add Matcha powder and Kaolin clay into a small bowl.
- Add warm water. Mix until you form a paste.
- Add 1-2 drops of manuka essential oil.
- Spread the mixture onto your face and neck in circular motion.
- Leave it for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove with warm and/or wet washcloth.
