The validity period of Ikeda Spa gift cards is 6 months from the date of purchase. Gift cards will not be honoured past their expiry date.
Yes, Ikeda Spa gift cards purchased online can be sent out on a specific date, between the next day and up to three months in advance. Once the purchase is complete, the delivery date cannot be changed.
Yes, you can purchase online via our website and choose the Collect option under Delivery Method. You can then proceed to collect the gift card from our spa outlet anytime during opening hours.
You can purchase Ikeda Spa gift cards online via our website or purchase physical vouchers at our spa outlet. You cannot use an Ikeda Spa gift card/voucher to purchase Ikeda Spa gift cards/vouchers.
Cash gift cards can be used to offset any treatments on our spa menu. Any remaining unused value is not refundable or exchangeable for cash. Service gift cards can only be used to redeem the treatments you had chosen at the time of purchase.
You can only purchase one Ikeda Spa gift card for each online transaction. To purchase multiple Ikeda Spa gift cards online, please submit another order via the website. You may also visit our spa outlet to purchase multiple gift cards/vouchers.
You will only be charged the amount you choose for the gift card/voucher. There is a delivery fee of $25 if you would like the physical voucher to be delivered by post.
Yes. You can purchase an Ikeda Spa cash gift card of any amount above the minimum purchase amount of $100, and the maximum amount of $1,000.
